Shipping Details:
At Smart Jewel, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we provide FREE shipping to all US addresses (excluding PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses) for all our products.
Once you place an order, expect it to be processed within 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS, with delivery times typically ranging from 4-13 days. Delivery duration may vary based on your location and any potential postal delays.
Order Cutoff & Shipping Times:
- Orders placed before 6 am HST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 6 am HST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Shipping Carrier:
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. After your order is dispatched, we'll send an email containing your tracking number. Delivery Times:
- All domestic orders should arrive within 4-13 days from the date of shipment.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Missing Parcels:
If you suspect your package might be lost, please reach out to us at contact@smartjewel.store. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the situation. In certain scenarios, it might be beneficial for you to directly contact the local delivery service. If we determine the package was lost while in transit, we'll dispatch a replacement without additional charges. Please note, that we cannot assume responsibility for packages once they've been marked "delivered" by the courier.
Delivered but Not Received:
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't seen it, consider checking your surroundings and asking neighbors. Occasionally, there might be a 24-hour lag between the package being marked "delivered" and its actual arrival. If it's still not found, get in touch with us. If the courier confirms the delivery, the next step would involve contacting the local delivery service for further information. We don't offer redelivery for items marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address:
If there's an error in the shipping address you provided, let us know as soon as possible. Regrettably, we can't alter the address after the package is dispatched. Deliveries that fail due to incorrect address details will not be resent. In some cases, a local courier might permit address correction for a fee.
