Returns & Refund Policy

Returns:

At Smart Jewel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We even go beyond that and guarantee that if you order from us you will receive your product even if the carrier loses the packaged in transit. If we confirm that the package has been lost, contact us and we will send you a new one free of charge.

We have a 13-day return policy, which means you have up to 13 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@smartjewel.store. If your returns request is accepted, we’ll instruct you to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Smart Jewel, BrightLab Brands Inc. 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801

Unfortunately, we don't provide a prepaid return shipping label. All associated costs for returning the item are borne by the customer, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent. In such instances, we will bear the responsibility of sending a replacement and all costs associated with it. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item(s) remain the customer's responsibility until we've received them at the instructed return address.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item(s), you can send back the item(s) in the same original condition and packaging for an exchange. All associated costs for returning the item are borne by the customer, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent. In such instances, we will bear the responsibility of sending a replacement and all costs associated with it including that of the returned item(s). You would have to send back the received item.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges. 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@smartjewel.store.

Defective Items:

Should you come across any defects in your product, please photograph the issue and inform our team within 13 days of receipt (as indicated by the tracking record). Once we validate the defect, we'll send you an email to print out and include with your returns. We'll then arrange for a replacement item(s) and we would bear the return costs. You will have to send us the defective item(s).

  • Inclusions: Issues related to color discrepancies, clasp malfunctions, or any product defects.
  • Exclusions: Incorrect sizing arising from the customer's mismeasurement and any challenges stemming from electronic devices paired with our products.

 

Using Our Products with Electronic Devices:

Please understand that while our products enhance your electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, or watches, they don't offer guaranteed protection. Like all bracelets, watch bands, or protective accessories, proper care is essential. Any damage to devices while used with our products isn't covered under warranty. It's vital for users to ensure their accessories are in optimal condition before using them with their devices.
